Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at HIDAYA London. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you would like to exchange your bought item, we're here to help. Customers may exchange an item they wish to return, but they cannot get a monetary refund.

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition and must be in the original packaging.

Please note: The customer is liable for any shipping costs and charges during the exchanging process. On average, the cost of returning the abaya and sending the new product out would be £7. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange.

in order to begin this process, please email us at info@hidayalondon.co.uk including your order number and reason for exchange. We will respond within 24 hours. 

Please ensure all International customers pay their Tax and Duties Via the email they receive. If you fail to do so your order will not be processed.
